Justin Cullen

Justin Cullen is a digital transformation expert with over 25 years experience. He specialises in working on, or with, boards to help them bridge the gap between macro business disruption forces and operating strategies.

In 2019 Justin successfully exited Core (www.onecore.ie), Ireland’s largest marketing communications company where he spent nine years as an executive board director and shareholder. In Core his main area of responsibility was Digital & Data Transformation, and under his stewardship Core became the market leader in all aspects of digital marketing communications and data analytics, with his teams growing from an initial 12 people in 2010 to almost 150.

Justin holds a number of other board positions in the media & tech sector and is a member of HBAN (Hailo Business Angel Network), within which he is an active angel investor.
